- Plan corrections and revisions handled until approval is granted
Phase 034-6 Months
Construction
- Foundation, framing, and structural work by our experienced crew
- Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation by licensed specialists
- Interior finishes including flooring, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
- Regular updates via a dedicated chat group and weekly progress photos
Phase 041-2 Weeks
Final Inspection & Handover
- City final inspection coordinated and scheduled by our team
- Punch list walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations
- All documentation and warranties provided
- Keys handed over — your new ADU is move-in ready
